Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation
Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation® (LVR®) is a one-hour outpatient surgical procedure designed
to enhance sexual gratification. According to Master and Johnson, sexual gratification
is directly related to the amount of frictional forces generated. We can accomplish
this with LVR®. LVR® is the modification of a gynecological surgical procedure used for
the treatment of stress urinary incontinence. Our laser techniques result in gentle
precision procedures with controlled accuracy that results in relatively bloodless
surgery. Our pioneered techniques result in rapid healing and resumption of daily
activities in a short period of time.

Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure that is done to reshape the labia
minora - the skin that covers the female clitoris and vaginal opening.
Women with a large labia may experience pain during intercourse, possibly
feeling discomfort in their everyday life. For some women it is a physical
manifestation of feeling unattractive or the desire to enhance their sexual
experiences by removing some of the skin that covers the clitoris. The
labiaplasty is done to better define the labia. There is no definitive
reason for the formation; it may be caused by genetics, sexual intercourse
or difficulties during childbirth.

Vaginal Relaxation
Thirty million American women suffer from symptoms of
vaginal relaxation and
stress urinary incontinence. Many women have difficulty controlling their urine in
certain situations or notice changes in their bowel habits. These two symptoms may
be related to a common set of problems that may occur as a result of childbirth,
aging or a combination of both. Grouped together these problems are referred to as
pelvic relaxation.

Hymenoplasty, a medical procedure that has sparked controversy recently, is a
sort of "re-virginization" that is mostly in countries in the Middle East and
Latin America. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, concerned
about how this procedure is being marketed, has voiced its concern and its
questionable ethical repercussions. Although the group has not taken a stand, the
concern is that in an effort to improve sex lives, surgeons will not be able to
educate their patients thoroughly due to the lack of literature available.

Vaginal Rejuvenation (
Vaginoplasty) is sometimes seen as a way to design the
perfect vagina for a woman. It is primarily a procedure used to enhance the
feelings of sexual gratification and allow the woman to receive and give more
pleasure. For many women that have gone through childbirth, the vaginal
muscles expand during delivery which results in the vaginal muscles being
weak and loose. It can lead to embarrassment after the healing process is
completed, making a woman feel uncomfortable and can even lead to sexual
dysfunction. The purpose of the surgery is to improve the tone and elasticity
of the vagina by tightening the vaginal muscles and the supporting tissues.

Featured Physician
The G-spot or Gräfenberg spot is named for Dr. Ernest Grafenberg, who first described
it in a 1950's article in the International Journal of Sexology as a highly erogenous
zone inside the vagina that gets bigger when directly stimulated. This discovery can
enhance sexual stimulation for women and deepen many facets of pleasure. G-Spot
Amplification® was invented and developed by the renowned Beverly Hills gynecologist
David Matlock, MD, MBA, FACOG. The G-Shot® or
G-Spot Amplification® is a patent pending
technique to enhance the Grafenberg Spot with a bioengineered human collagen product. The
G-Shot® is painless and the procedure is performed in your doctor's office under local
anesthesia. A specially designed speculum is used to assist to deliver a specified amount
of collagen directly into the G-Spot.
